HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 2-5 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 14 days. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

 Transit Times to United States: 15 - 25 Business days 
Transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days
Average transit times are received in 3 weeks.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products.

While we are unable to send you the tracking for your products automatically, you can always contact us to get your tracking number.

 

WHAT COURIER WILL BE USED FOR THE DELIVERY

The courier service actually depends on our fulfilment center. This is because our product is sourced from different countries to ensure that you get the best price for it. Courier services vary from country to country. Most of the time it would be USPS.

However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package.

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
